有機紫椰菜
紫椰菜炆豆卜
紫椰菜半個(500克)、豆卜四兩、蘋果醋1茶匙、芝麻油適量。
紫椰菜洗淨切小塊、豆卜開半,熱鑊下適量芝麻油,加入椰菜炒,見椰菜軟身後落蘋果醋,聞到菜香味,見到菜修身及有水份,即落豆卜,焗2-3分鐘,上碟成為一道爽口又清甜的小菜。 08Ah.施姐姐
Stewed cabbage with bean curd puffs
Half a red cabbage (500g), bean curd puff 4 taels, apple cider vinegar 1tsp, suitable amount of sesame oil.
Wash and cut cabbage into small pieces. Cut bean curd puffs into halves. Add suitable amount of sesame oil to hot wok. Stir fry cabbage in the wok. Add apple cider vinegar after the cabbage has become softened. When you smell the fragrance of the vegetable, and see that the leaves are beginning to shrink with water coming out, put in the bean curd puffs right away and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Dish up.
